Last week the 2021 edition of the U19 American Football Fall International League (AFFIL) got started with a game between the Izegem Tribes and Shape Spartans.
This league features a six-game regular season finishing up with semi-final and championship games in November. Teams consist of junior players aged 15 until 19 years old. Games are played on an IFAF-regulation American football field but only feature 9 players to each side (two offensive linemen removed).
